How To Return An Item


Tailored Angler endeavours to provide you with the very best customer service possible throughout our returns process. When returning goods, please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs unless the products received are faulty or you have received incorrect items, in which case we will refund your postage as a matter of urgency on refund or exchange.  

Although we are happy to exchange items due to lack of fitting, we have invested heavily in ensuring self-measurement instructions are clearly displayed in inches and centimetres for you to follow. Exchanges due to wrongful measurement on customers part, will leave our customers with the postage responsibility. Please check measurement to avoid ordering blind.

Please ensure to return any/all packages with a trackable, signed for service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. 

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Tailored Angler Ltd are not responsible for any return custom charges made. 

Before returning a faulty or incorrect item: please email providing images and the relative issue information, so we may resolve as quickly as possible. 

We aim to process all exchanges/refunds within 2 working days of receiving your returned goods.
