Tailored Angler is a developing British brand and to help us be more efficient in dealing with orders and designing new products, we would appreciate you checking the FAQ on this page and other sections of the website before contacting us.    

Return and size information can be found on their respective pages, and our delivery page holds the answers to many questions too.

What are the delivery costs?

Our delivery charges are based on weight,  however for smaller items they will go through standard post office 2nd class and are charged at £4.00. Larger bulkier items go through Parcelforce and are charged at £6.00 with tracking.

What payment methods can I use?

Currently we accept paypal.  Credit Card payments are accepted through paypal and no paypal account is required in order to use that service. Other payment methods are planned.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will be between 2 to 4 business days depending on the time of order (pre 12pm) and weight.

What happens after ordering?

This is based on whether your order is a standard stock item,  or a bespoke ‘Tailored’ item.  Tailored items can take up to 12 weeks for processing.

Do i receive an invoice?

Your invoice will be your packing slip which will be placed in with your order when dispatched.  You will also recieve a confirmation of your order from us.

Please note Tailored items will be processed within 2 days of ordering and once confirmed we are unable to cancel.
