Who will deliver your item?

We use Parcel Force as our courier for parcels when possible. With their 99.6% hit rate and 18,000:1 loss figures, we are sure you will receive your delivery as expected and in time for that important trip!

Smaller Orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd class recorded, no tracking email is sent with this service or available from Royal Mail however an email will be sent from Tailored Angler when the order is complete and on its way. It is a signed for service to ensure piece of mind on delivery

How long does it take and what days do we dispatch?

Items can be ordered on any business day but will be dispatched Monday – Thursday excluding Bank Holidays these should usually be delivered within 1 business day (excluding weekends).

How much does it cost & how long does it take?

Items dispatched to UK destinations will be charged as per your order details at the checkout and will normally be delivered 2 – 3 working days.

UK, Scottish Highlands, & Northern Ireland

All  UK’s regions mentioned above may have specific delivery cost & delivery times which are different to the UK Mainland 

European Union Deliveries – How much will it cost & how long does it take?

We cannot currently dispatch to EU countries, but are reviewing this after new rules are introduced in 2022.

How do we notify you about the order delivery?

Once your order is packed and dispatched we will send you an email confirming the tracking details, you will be able to track your delivery after 7.30 pm.

  • The tracking number can be used on the Parcel Force website to track your parcel.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed a new order, and your payment was successful, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is placed and being processed.

If any of the items ordered are currently out of stock and will be for some time, you will receive an email with a delivery update from ourselves.

Delivery issues

Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by our courier company with a range of options for re-delivery. Parcel Force will attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Tailored Angler . Your credit / debit card will not be credited due to the nature of the goods being shipped.

If you wish to redirect your delivery this can be arranged and is charged at cost. Please contact us if you wish to use this facility.

How to Track your parcel

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing. We may need to give the courier company your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. Please advise us if this is an issue at the time the order is placed.

We send our overseas orders by Parcel Force to ensure that full tracking details are available to our customers.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery

Tailored Angler cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item as we are reliant on a third party to deliver this service. Tailored Angler will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged parcel. The goods must be signed for as damaged with the carrier.
